My refrigerator shelves are always dirty! I don't know what goes on in there when the light is off, but it must be one heck of a party! To save myself a little extra work, I use Glad Press and Seal wrap to line the tops of my refrigerator shelves. Starting with a clean shelf, cut the P&S to the correct length and "press" and smooth the wrap directly onto it. The Press and Seal wrap has a little 'sticky' to it, so it doesn't slip or curl up. Once it starts to get grimy again, simply pull off the wrap and replace with a new sheet.
