Who Knew?

Syndicated Financial Editor Humberto Cruz just wrote his 1,000th column, going back over 20 years where he has advised people how to handle their finances.  He wrote a retrospective for this column, stating the two main things he has learned from people that are the most important things to know about managing your money.

1)  SPEND LESS THAN YOU MAKE.

2)  STAY COMMITTED TO SAVING MONEY - day after day, month after month, year after year.

Humberto Cruz and his wife retired from work in their mid 50's from middle class salaries, bought a home on the beach and still had a $2 million dollar nest egg.

It sounds so simple....and it is.
