Here's a clever Reuse/Recycle/Repurpose I ran across today.
Isn't this awesome? It's an apron made out of old ties! From looking at it at the store, it appears that a tie is used for the neck line and then several ties are knotted to it....then sewn lengthwise together to form the bodice and skirt.
I'm not a super seamstress, but this just looks like a zig here and a zag there (zigzag stitches, that is) and it will be a perfect use for all of those old ugly ties my husband has hanging in the closet.
