Weigh Cool!

Tip #4 - Don't find another reason to hate Mondays!

So it's Friday night, you've eaten smart all week and even taken the stairs instead of the elevator.  And then it happens....CHEESE DIP AND MARGARITAS.  You eat like you have never eaten before....you are shoveling in those chips like they've shut down the Border forever.  And then you say it - those famous words "Ugh....I just blew my diet!  I guess I'll start over on MONDAY."

Poor Monday....as if being the start of the work week isn't bad enough - we have to throw all of our vices away on Mondays too!  Stop making Monday the bad guy....start over IMMEDIATELY.  Don't wait another minute to get back on track.  So what if you lost your head and ate too much at one meal.  Heck, sometimes that just helps your state of mind and reminds you that it's OK to treat yourself occasionally.  But get right back on that healthy horse and ride back into Veggieland!
