My eldest daughter is in her second year of college preparing to become an Elementary School Teacher. Her boyfriend has recently decided to train as a Physical Therapist Assistant. I couldn't help but be amazed and proud that they are both going into such noble fields. I kept thinking "to be a nurturer and caretaker is hard work - I could never do something like that". And then I remembered....
